			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Our school year begins on Tuesday, August 26th. I am typing this on the Sunday before. It is early and no one is around. The building smells &#8220;new&#8221;. O.K. it is not the &#8220;new car&#8221; smell, but it is the smell of floor sealer and wax that I smell. It is &#8220;new&#8221; because every year for the last 18 years that is the smell I associate with the preparation for the new school year!</p>
